Hf Fenix Garden Hotel - Lisbon

The hotel had a cozy atmosphere, made me feel comfortable.

Unfortunately, , we faced a few inconveniences. The shower head didn't stay upright. The noise from traffic was quite bothersome, even with the air conditioning running. A frustrating encounter happened when we booked a van for our airport transfer, specifying the need for space due to our bicycle boxes. The driver was rude.

Nice hotel. Fairly quiet room with a private bathroom. Excellent breakfast with eggs and pastries and many local dishes, COURTEOUS staff. Excellent central location, short walk to the HF Fenix garden as well as the metro station, Park Eduardo and a highly rated pastaleria.

Convenient transport access, spacious rooms, attentive staff, a good stay.

I was blown away by the location! It was just steps away from Marquês de Pombal, giving us easy access to the metro and a bunch of restaurants! We even had a beautiful view from our room, it reminded me of we were in the heart of the action!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I found the experience satisfactory enough.

Location...short walk to city centre and restaurants street. Metro right at door step. Excellent value(€3) for continental breakfast.

100m up a steep slope(entrance), hard to pull/push up big luggages. Hotel signage should be more eye-catching. Easily over-shadowed by HF Fenix Lisboa beside.

The 3 euro breakfast buffet is a great deal ! The hotel is also close to all transportation links (metro and bus) and you can also walk to the historical center (around 15 mins). Good price quality, would stay there again !

Super cozy stay with awesome staff!

The staff were so cute, giving us tips on where to eat and explore in Lisbon. Room was bright and comfy, and I loved how the dining area had fresh pastries every morning. Just wished the water pressure in the shower was a bit stronger, but everything else was pretty spot on!

Can't recommend highly enough for a city break.

I truly enjoyed this property - great and terrific hotel.

The room was big size, especially an excellent view of Eduardo VII park from the window. It was in the central location in modern financial district.

The breakfast spread offers a good variety, consistently replenished. Rooms feature a large, comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom that boasts a powerful shower-a perfect combo for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Location is on a busy lateral street, which complicates taxi pick-up and drop-off. While close to the metro, it feels somewhat detached from lively dining options, with few restaurants nearby, limiting evening options. Noise from traffic can be bothersome if you're not accustomed to city sounds.

Breakfast was good for the price.

No parking area, and intersection where the hotel is located was jammed.Not much places to eat around the area. We asked for a wake up call at 6:00AM the night before, but we got the call at 7AM! We almost missed our flight to Madrid. I think your staff was too tired or was not focused at all.
